Reply:It depends on what it looks like, where it is, etc. If it is big and gross looking, then yes it is ugly. But if it is more like a beauty mark and doesn%26#039;t stick up, or is more like a large freckle then it can be considered pretty in some cases.

If you really don%26#039;t like it, see a dermotologist about getting it laser removed, but that can be expensive.
