Yes. Laser works in all areas, it just depends on what you%26#039;ve done in the past and your skin tone/hair color. Laser works best on fair skinned/dark haired people. It also works well on hair that hasn%26#039;t been messed with before. But all you would need to do is continue with treatments until it was done.
